Elizabeth “Beth” Holmes is a native of Mitchell County. She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1997 and went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Trust Management from Campbell University in 2001. After completing her undergraduate studies, Beth pursued her J.D. from Campbell University School of Law and graduated in 2004.<\/h4>\n

Michael Holmes, on the other hand, was born in Georgia but grew up in Charlotte, N.C. He graduated from Charlotte Christian High School in 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 1998. After completing his undergraduate studies, Michael pursued his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law and graduated in 2003.<\/h4>\n

In 2004, Beth returned to her hometown of Spruce Pine to partner with her husband, Michael, and establish their law firm, Holmes & Holmes. While Beth focused on her real estate practice immediately after graduation, Michael enjoyed a successful career as a trial attorney in the North Carolina courts for over 10 years. Throughout their legal careers, they have gained experience in various legal areas, but they now proudly focus on serving the real estate and estate needs of Mitchell, Avery, Yancey, and the surrounding counties.<\/h4>\n
